Using DizzBooth means you agree to the platform terms, acceptable use expectations, and any additional service conditions tied to your subscription or workspace.
2. Subscription and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the active subscription terms. Fees, billing cycles, and plan changes follow the plan configuration associated with your workspace.
3. User content and media
You keep ownership of your media and event content while granting DizzBooth the limited rights needed to process, deliver, and support the guest experience.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, misuse account access, or operate workflows that violate consent, privacy, or payment requirements.
5. Liability limits
DizzBooth is provided subject to the limits and responsibilities defined in your applicable agreement, plan, or commercial arrangement.
